About

Hi! I’m Katherine!

A wife and mom of three boys, a book-loving, coffee-drinking, Midwest girl living in Southwest Florida, and a licensed pre-k through 12 school counselor turned parenting consultant.

“There is freedom waiting for you,
on the breezes of the sky and you ask, “What if I fall?” Oh but my darling, what if you fly?”
-Erin Hanson

As a mom, I understand firsthand how overwhelming parenting can be-even on a good day! Kids do not come with a handbook as we are thrown headfirst into one of the most challenging, yet rewarding, adventures in life. How you parent is arguably the most important thing you will do in life – it is important to remember that there are no perfect parents and there is no perfect way to parent.

Without a doubt, there will be days and phases of parenting that are hard or challenging. By using a tailored approach, I provide individualized support to parents and meet the specific needs of each family. I am here to help you minimize the daily struggles (whatever they may be for you) and make your life a little easier!

Many of us have family members or friends who support us when we have questions (is this normal?) or need to vent (why is my child doing this?). I am lucky to have a super supportive village surrounding me personally and professionally. As amazing and helpful as that is, I feel like it is always nice to have an outside perspective when I need to talk through the latest things going on with my children. By offering a personalized approach, I can be a knowledgeable, supportive, and helpful addition to your village!
